Andrew Raei, Founder & CEO

Owner and chief operator of PSVI, Andrew has been in the medical field since 2009 in a variety of different specialties including Neurology at Eisenhower Medical Center, STAT urgent care, Pulmonary and Critical Care, Cardiology at Desert Oasis Health Care and is currently Office Manager for Ziad Tannous MD in the Pulmonary and Critical Care field at Desert Regional Medical Center outpatient facility. Ziad Tannous MD is the Chief Medical Officer for PSVI. Andrew was introduced to the benefits of B12 in 2014 which changed his life and thus his studies began about other injectable supplements and their benefits.

Alex Montoya, LVN

Alex is a former Navy Corpsman and is a LVN. He has always enjoyed patient care and helping people achieve a better quality of life.

Salila Drukas, LVN

Salila is a nurse and yoga instructor. She became a nurse in 1999 and worked in Los Angeles, CA in the drug and alcohol treatment field until moving to Joshua Tree, CA in 2005, where she was a nurse at the Hi-Desert Continuing Car Center for many years. She has a deep connection to the healing arts and loves helping people live their healthiest, happiest lives. She first saw the benefits of vitamin injection and I.V. Therapy in 2001 while working alongside Dr. Cynthia Watson and has felt a calling to provide these therapies ever since. She is beyond excited to be bringing vitamin infusion therapy to the Joshua Tree Location.

Gina Marie Syslo, Holistic Nurse

Gina Marie Syslo knew from an early age that her interest and calling was in the healing arts.

She began her career in allopathic medicine working as a Medical Assistant and Laboratory Technician and had the opportunity to work in diverse specialties, i.e. Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Pediatrics, Urgent Care, and Community Medicine.

After graduating nursing school in 1998 she focused her career on providing vitamin and chelation infusion therapy; as well as other integrative modalities.

Her vast experience working with Dr. Jesse Lynn Hanley, Dr. Diana Schwarzbein, Mia Lundin, NP, Dr. Christian Issels, Dr. Neal Rouzier, Dr. Allen Lawrence, Dr. Nisha Jackson, and Dr. William Lee Cowden has given her a rich and varied background in holistic and homeopathic medicine.

Alma Diaz, CMA

Alma Diaz has been a Medical assistant since 2009. CNA as of 2018 and Currently working towards an RN degree at college of the desert.

Mariah Pride BSN, RN, PHN

Mariah loves traveling abroad, exploring new hiking trails with her dog and staying healthy.

She comes with experience as an Emergency Room Nurse and a has a passion for helping others in getting the care they need.
